Our Story
Erin & Jason Birdsong, husband and wife owners of JT Services, have always had a shared entrepreneurial spirit.
Their previous venture - a wrecker and repo business - was thriving in the early 2000s, but the working conditions left much to be desired for them and their growing family. The long, late hours and the nature of the job put Jason in too many violent and dangerous situations. Together, they decided to prioritize the safety and well-being of their family and left the repo business behind.
Their fresh start came in 2011 with the founding of J&T Service Company. They joined their previous experience with their passion for superior customer service in what felt like a natural move to offer a variety of services, including septic, excavation, driveways, and culverts. Their skills for superior septic service came to the forefront, and this focus led to the company rebranding as JT Septic Co., with Erin & Jason at the helm, working tirelessly to provide the best septic service in Northeastern Oklahoma. By 2022, they expanded their offerings to include porta john rentals. In 2024, they merged their tornado storm shelter business with their septic business under the new name of JT Services and further enhanced their offerings with the addition of comprehensive plumbing, and heating & cooling services.
For more than two decades, Erin and Jason have built a thriving business on core values that honor service, community, and, above all, family. As proud parents, they are always mindful of the legacy they will leave and the future they can provide for their daughter. At JT Services, those same family values guide every decision—from delivering safe, high-quality heating & cooling, plumbing, and septic services to providing durable storm shelters and clean porta potty rentals. They are equally committed to educating both employees and customers, empowering families to better understand and care for their home’s systems.
