Eligibility Requirements
To enroll in the Honor & Serve Membership Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Location: Reside within a 50-mile radius of Claremore, Oklahoma.
- Proof of Eligibility: Provide documentation based on your profession:
- 🚔Police Officers: Sworn law enforcement officers actively serving in any capacity. Upload a photo of your current law enforcement ID or department-issued document.
- 🚒Firefighters: Active members of fire departments, including volunteer firefighters. Upload a photo of your current fire department ID or official documentation.
- 🇺🇸 U.S. Military Members & Veterans: Whether you’re currently serving or have honorably served in the U.S. Armed Forces, you’re eligible. Upload a copy of your Military ID or DD214 to qualify.
- 📚Teachers: Educators actively employed in a teaching capacity. Upload a photo of your current employment ID or another official document verifying your teaching status.
- Annual Renewal: Reapply each year with updated documents to maintain your membership.
